I'M MAKING PROGRESS BOY!

Roughly a month ago, Big Ben/Ben/Ben.H approach me with a certain goal in mind. He wanted to live healthy. Read it up on his goal here. Last month Ben weigh a heavy 129 kgs. That was the last time he would ever feel that weight because I told him that in months to come, he would certainly lose it. Ben was determine and was very focus to achieve the goals that he has set his eyes upon.

Ben planned out and took the necessary steps to ensure that he would make progress. He began to crossfit regularly, increasing the number of times he came. He was discipline and not only did the things that he like. He push himself the hardest and did not give up easily. There was one workout that he did not want to DNF so he just kept going at it and finished it although it took him almost 2 hours. Not only that, Ben started involving strength workouts into his training. Naturally, a strongman already, he quickly made gains in the big lifts. With more months to come, I believe he will be very strong.

But on top of that all, what happened outside the gym is what separates Ben from the rest. He began to eat right and took the effort into making it happen. He followed Cris to the supermarket so that he could learn how to cook the right way. Even though he has work ( like many of the population of the world) he did not find any excuses not to eat well. He's very discipline and jots down what he eats in his little purple log book. The hours that he sleeps, the time he eats, what he eats and the amount all goes into that cute purple book. That certainly speaks of his attitude.

Just on Monday, he weighed himself and he lost an amazing 5kgs already. Imagine all that in just one month. That truly is a reflection of how hard work, dedication and strict discipline helps pay off. Ben truly stands out as one of the few that has a great attitude and mindset. Also, someone that walks the walk and not just talk.

This is a great reminder to all of us out there who plan on achieving something. Find the motivation and encouragement from Ben. He thought about his plans well and then approached us for help in order to achieve that. You can too. Take some time off to think of what goals you want to achieve and how you can reach it. Ben was humble enough to approach us for help. Remember, we are all approachable and genuinely interested in helping you make gains in your life. Think about what you want to achieve and if you could, write it down.

A great, great job to you Ben for all the hardwork and pains you have put in for the last one month. I cannot tell you how proud I am of you. The entire Pushmore family is also tremendously proud of your efforts. I can only dream of being half the man you are. Keep it up and we'll continue to see more changes in your performance, strength and certainly looks.

Well done bro. You deserve the holiday that you are now on. Enjoy yourself thoroughly and we look forward to having you back in the gym with us in 2 weeks time.

P.s A good write up about Image and Reality: Dont cheat yourself Sucker.
